Mothers I need help!!!

Well me and my mom have been going back and forth at it for a long time. I get told a lot of bad things from my mother that shouldn’t be heard, such as your ugly or stupid and retarded she tells me I don’t do shit for her and I treat her badly I apologize to her all the time but will tell the whole world over and over about how I treat her so wrong no matter what I do how can I fix this relationship and how could I make her stop telling the whole world that I’m the worst daughter?
