Threatened Miscarriage :(

I’m 5weeks pregnant with 2nd baby and I got a diagnosis from the ER with a threatened miscarriage because I’ve been spotting for 2weeks and feeling menstrual cramping and symptoms. Besides the extreme nausea I’m feeling I don’t feel good all I do is lay down & take it easy. I’m so scared anyone else have a success story with similar symptoms? My first pregnancy was healthy no bleeding full term 8lb healthy baby boy so I never experienced anything like this.
