Anyones 7 month old wake up randomly crying....

My daughter recently started waking up a few times at night crying sometimes screaming for what seems to be no reason. She can usually calm herself back down and she falls back to sleep but lately it's getting were I'm having to get up an calm her down and sometime even hold her. This is new as in the last week or two she just turned 7 months old yesterday and was a pretty good sleeper before this whole thing.

update: She does show signs of teething but haven't gotten any in yet. If it where night terrors how can I help her with it?
