Early Ovulation or Just Crazy?

We BD every other day from the day after my last cycle ended until my predicted “fertile window” was done. I didn’t do OPKs or track my bbt, so I don’t know exactly when I O. However roughly two weeks before my expected next cycle ( about 5 days ago now), I had implantation symptoms. Light pink bleeding that turned to dark brown, lasted about 2-3 days, minor cramps. I’ve never experienced that before, but it was about the right timing for IB if I had ovulated just after my last cycle. I’ve been really nauseous, dizzy, and lightly cramping ever since.

I keep testing negative obviously because it’s too early, but has anyone else experienced this? Ovulated early and got pregnant? Other IB symptoms? Help this crazy girl!
