What to do if u’ve lost interest and hope

Ive lost interest in people, events and just life in general and ive lost hope in the future. What do i do? 😢 i just dont look forward to anything anymore and i just want to move thru life without getting hurt.

The Battle Field of the Mind by Joyce Meyer really helped me when I was feeling this way. Also lots of scripture. Speak them aloud and write them down to change your way of thinking. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11-13 A positive mind will give you a positive life.
