Ear infection! HELP

I'm 8weeks 3 days and I have a ear infection!! The pain is excruciating 😖 any tips on what I can do :( the doctor said I can't go on anything to help it because I'm pregnant...she gave me panadine extra to help with the pain but I don't wanna take it too much scared it will harm Bub

UPDATE : went to my normal doc today only went to a random doc as it was an emergency due to pain on a Saturday and my normal doc wasn't open.. MY doc didn't understand why they said they couldn't put me on anything he was baffled!! So I am now FINALLY ON ANTIBIOTICS YAY! Thank you all for you help :)
