Day 47...and going mental!
So it’s day 47 of my cycle, 10 days late and I think it’s because I have been quite stressed lately (school and family reasons). My cycle has always been a bit longer than the average, but I think my hormones are driving me crazy!
I’m so up and down with my mood, I’m getting annoyed at my boyfriend for no reason (I’m not letting it out on him, because I know it’s irrational), and I cannot focus on the study I need to be doing.
Does anyone have any suggestions for what I could to do kind of ‘refresh’ my mind? That’s what I feel I need at the moment, a reset button!
