Still Bleeding!

I got my IUD back in February of this year (2018) and I’m still having heavy spotting periods and intense cramps and it’s the middle of July, is this normal? and if so, how much longer will I have to wait for the bleeding to stop?

Edit: by heavy spotting periods, I mean that I don’t have full on periods, just days where I bleed a lot. For example, I’m currently in the middle of a 3 day spotting period, and last month I didn’t bleed at all.
