opks and charting?
how do opks and charting line up? i missed a few days of temping, this is my first month actually trying to stick to it. i got an almost positive/possibly positive opk just now. just wondering what i need to look for? should my temp drop the day after i get my first positive opk or the day of? and then the temp rises after that for a few days to confirm ovulation? what if it doesn’t look any different, does that mean i didn’t ovulate?
