Period a week late

So My period is a week late, I’m a virgin so no chance of pregnancy. My period used to be quite regular and arrive on time, however these last few months have been irregular, for example I’d start 5 days early, sometimes even 8 days early. And for the last few months in particular I’ve started being late. Now I’m a week late and not sure what’s going on. I’ve just turned 18 and have had my period for four years now so it’s not like I’m new to this. I haven’t been stressed or changed my diet so I don’t know what to do, is this normal ?!
