Anyone getting charlie horses?

I was woken up last night by an incredibly painful muscle contracture in my calf. I could feel the muscle all distorted and hard. Hurt like crazy, to the point I woke up my Bf from my whining. I had this occasionally w/ my other 2 children, but much later in the pregnancy than the 16 weeks I am now. Any other ladies dealing w/ this?

buy magnesium oil spray I had it so bad with my first and this time round started even earlier. been using it and now get very mild cramps every so often. so worth while. magnesium is better asborbed through skin then orally!

Yep. Got them like crazy with my first pregnancy and have been getting them since like 15 weeks now. Drinking more water helps me and I think there are supplements that can help, either calcium or magnesium. I can’t remember! They are the worst though!!

Oh my word totally didn’t realise this was a thing during pregnancy!! Totally my life right now - I have to jump out of bed it’s that painful!!

I had it once when I was about 10 weeks. I started using magnesium spray the next night.
