Late period

I’ve been on the pill for 4 months and for the 2nd and 3rd month I skipped the 2nd months placebo pills and just jumped into the 3rd pack and when it was time for my period i spotted for almost a week then had a 3 day period that was lighter than normal but still enough to fill a tampon. Then when taking this months pills I had to double up on pills two days in a row. Could this throw off my period with my body adjusting from skipping placebos as well as doubling up on pills twice? Currently I’m only a couple days late but still a little confused because my period is normally regular.
