I have been feeling so sore and tired for two days I skipped my usual routine of workout. Today I promised I would get through the yoga session no matter what. I can't believe how much I sweat and after...
all nausea and soreness has subsided. I still feel the fatigue but even that is decreased. So grateful something so dear to me is helping me to grow the most amazing little human 💕.
*Dr states I can maintain any workout regimen I had prior to conception. Yoga headstand I am coming home!!
