Third trimester stool 🤮

Im 32 weeks pregnant and for the past 2-3 weeks ive been having diarrhea , it always comes with pain in the stomach and ive gone to the bathroom about 5-6 since i woke up of diarrhea . Ive read diarrhea can be a sign of early labor , when should i be concerned or when do you know its close to labor?
