Is she coming early?

I’m 35 weeks. Saw OB this week and she said I’m 2cm and 50% effaced. I was recently really sick, been having lots of pressure, she’s head down (I think she dropped) and I’m a petite lady. She says based on those factors, she believes baby will come early as 37-38 weeks. Obviously just an educated guess.
This morning, I still had spotting from the cervical check (2 days ago) and I lost my mucus plug. 
I’m trying to take it easy today but now am on high alert of getting things easy in case she does come early.
What do you ladies think?

I’m only 33 weeks 4 days, 60% effaced and 2 cm dilated!!! I went in for having contractions 8 minuets apart. My cervix didn’t change when they kept me over night even with the contractions so now I’m being seen once a week to monitor my progress, but they mentioned to be prepared for an early baby as well! Funny enough the day I got home and went to the bathroom I lost my mucus plug and there was blood in it. They told me to just keep an eye on it and my spotting and I had some more today (spotting and mucus plug chunks) but still no labor. Doctors told me not to worry unless the spotting is enough to make it onto a panty liner and need to change it more than once.

Why did they check you so early? My OB doesn’t do that until 37 weeks, because it can induce labor sometimes. I wouldn’t have let them do it at 35 weeks...

I way to tell. My second I was 1cm and 50% at 32 weeks. At 38 weeks I was only 2cm and 60%. I ended up having her st 39 weeks after they stripped my membranes. And she was head down since 32 weeks and had dropped

You could go into labor in a week or 4 weeks here’s no way to know
