When did you get everything ready for the babies?

I got a bunch of the nursery stuff done and laundry cleaned while I was off work and I was 29 and 30 weeks. Now at almost 32 weeks I’ve been taken out of work and one bad appointment I could be delivering. I know the girls will have nicu time if we go this early so I’m getting everything ready in the house such as getting the changing pad pack n play ready and loaded in our living room, getting the car seats out of the boxes, getting the diaper genies filled with bags, packing clothes for the girls. Just thinking if they are in the nicu I’m going to want to be with them all the time and won’t have time for all of this. Am I crazy for getting every last detail ready this soon? 🤦🏻‍♀️
