Videos and pics

I only get to see my bf maybe every other week for a few days because of our work schedules. So we pretty much have sex several times a day when we see each other. One day I went to work and he texted me like let me know when you have a min to yourself I have to show you something. So I went to the bathroom and he sends me a video and picture when we were having sex which I had no idea he had taken(it was doggystyle). It kinda freaked me out that he did it without telling me because I could tell one of the pics was from that morning and another was from a different day. We talked about it a little and he says it wasn’t anything creepy and that he thought it was just really sexy but I still feel like he violated my privacy by not at least telling or even asking me. It just makes me question our relationship now. Am I wrong for feeling this way?
