International travel
Hi ladies! I’m taking an international flight in week 11 of my pregnancy. Everything I’ve read says travel is fine as long as my doc approves. Then stay hydrated, book a seat near the toilet, and wear compression socks. Has anyone here taken an 8+ hour flight in the first trimester? Did you cope ok?
