Constipation help!

I’ve had problems going for years, when I was pregnant with my first, they said I had high iron, I think that’s the issue, but honestly I have no idea. I’ve been to the doctor & hospital for it over the years. It’s gotten pretty bad before, they have really never really done anything about it. Well now I’m Pregnant again, early in this one. I’m having the worst time trying to go. I really don’t even remember the last time I went. Lbvs. I’m gonna call the dr in the morning and see what they want me to do, but do y’all have any ideas!?
