Please help

Hi ladies ! I never really post in here but I really need some help. So I had my regular period on May 18th then I had sex after my period and missed my June period. Finally had it in July. I took tests before my period in July and it was negative and I don’t feel any pregnancy symptoms. Also after sex, I bled even though it wasn’t my first time doing it. It was really light bleeding that happened for a week then it was heavy bleeding with pains.

It never happened to me before and I looked for it online and it wasn’t a big help. Please help me
