Painful periods 😩

Heyy everyone, first time ever posting.

The week before i get my period I get really really bad cramps to the point I’m unable to move I just lay in bed with a heat pack against my tummy ( and other symptoms like neausea, headaches, mood swings etc) and then 5-6 days later I’ll finally get my period and still be in so much pain especially the first day. I’ve tried different pills and pain medication but does anyone have any solutions for really really bad pain ?
