PCOS help!

So Friday a week after ovulation I started having mild cramps that went through Saturday. Well Sunday I woke up with some discharge, itchiness and lower back pain, thinking it was a UTI or yeast infection. Well I work at a Doctors office and we ran my urine and everything came back normal. So I’m wondering what is going on.

I was told by my best friend last night to take a test because she had a feeling I was pregnant, I took a test and it was negative. Could i still be, AF due in 4 days.
