Feeling Normal

Anyone have days they feel totally normal? I’ve had 4 BFP’s and go to the doctor Aug 1st. Initially I had a lot of bloating and cramping but then I have days where I feel totally normal and question if I’m even pregnant. Am I flying solo here?!
