5 days postpartum question...

My 3rd baby was born on Wednesday and I’m like not bleeding at all. Maybe a few drops here and there but really nothing. Is this normal? With my 2nd I feel like I bleed for weeks.

Also today I woke up seeing lines and spots in my eyes and my lips and hands have been tingling with a slight headache. I took some Tylenol and drank coffee and also took a hot shower to see if it would help but has t really. Hoping all this is normal?
