any age that you feel confortable is appropriate to masterbate. almost everyone has masterbated from a very young age and they dont even realize. like as a child letting the faucet hit your vag. i suggest using fingers.  for clitoral stimulation just rub your clit.  all are different and i have not mastered it yet so not much advice there yet.  for penetration just put a finger inside with the inside facing you. then kinda curl your finger in like a 'come here' motion.  something i also suggest is using a shower head. like put it on the hardest setting and let the water pressure hit your clit. i know that i didnt know what a clit was until i was like 14 lol. so  if you are not sure, its right above  the vagina on the outside.  its like a ball.  unless your clit is hooded (like mine which is why i got confused) it sorta looks like a hole its a ball with skin covering it.  goodluck hun and i hope i helped a bit

What's important is to know your anatomy. You can try to finger yourself and all that, but personally clitoral stimulation is the only thing that gets me off. You have to let the tension build up, and don't relax your vagina. Just allow it to wash over you. God that sounds like a cheesy sex novel.
