On birth control (Cryselle)

So I’ve been taking Cryselle for 2 months to help regulate my period since with my pcos my periods are all over the place.. anyways. My first month my period came and went at the time it should in the packet. Well this second month I took soooo many pills late like 12 hours late, etc. and I’m on the second day of the period week in my packet and I have been cramping for 4 days and I bleed a little bit and it stops and does it again. My temperature is higher than normal, and I have had a huge headache... could I be pregnant?
