My HCG level dropped ☹️

I need some prayers. Per this app i should be 7 weeks 3 days. I just got a call from dr office. My levels on Thursday was 1023 and Saturday they dropped to 983. It wasn’t a big drop (40 points) but this has me really upset. Im scheduled for an ultrasound in the morning. Has this happened to anyone before and it didn’t end in miscarriage? Also what were you guys hcg levels?
