Idk how to cope with insecurities:/

So one of my bf’s ex’s has tried looking for him & what not even if he didn’t want nothing else with her. He tried to help her through an abortion that she was going through & i guess that bothered me. She lost his virginity to him although he was never able to love her & he has felt guilt for it since she has been so nice to him no matter everything he did to her. Anyways she shared this post & it makes me feel weird like what if he’s talking about him & idk how to deal with my insecurities. I feel less & it sucks, idk how to stand above it although I’m the one by his side...
