Biblically speaking that’s not really true at all, god gave man freedom of choice so when someone CHOSE to go against god and sin by hurting another sexually then it was them that chose that not God. And also god never puts challenges like that in the lives of his children they are put there by those who fall to temptation of the devil and evil.

I think she’s going on the whole “God has a plan for you” thing saying that if you were raped God had that in your plan to make you into a certain person. Personally I don’t believe in God or predetermined life so I think it’s bullshit (not the God part, I respect people’s religion, just the reasoning about rape here).
