Is this normal?

I’m 39 weeks and since yesterday I’ve had this weird feeling that I need to push, like I’ve tried going poop but I can barely get anything out. It’s bothering me so bad. I’ve also have had really friggen bad pains near my vaginal area (pretty sure baby is engaged)

and ugh i havent lost my mucus plug, i cant tell the difference between bad bowel movements and contractions anymore and im just lost.
