Pregnancy dreams

Hi.

Me and husband are TTC and since past ten days I had three dreams of me being pregnant. One was I found out I was pregnant and other that I am feeling nauseous and throwing up and the last one me and husband were telling our parents that we are expecting. Does this mean something or me thinking about having a baby constantly.

I am currently at TWW. Did anyone have dreams and got BFP later.
