Anyone else have this experience?

I’m 7dpo and last night I had a terrible back ache, congested, sneezing a bunch in a row on and off and some cramps. Today I’m not feeling the aches or congestion but I’m super nauseous. Is it too early after ovulation to have these symptoms? Supposed to start AF sometime next week starting on the 25th. I know everyone is different but I’m just curious of what others felt. This is my 1st month trying so I know it can be rare to conceive after the 1st month. This will be my “real” 1st period after being of Birth control.

Someone ever have these symptoms that led to a pregnancy?
