Tmi warning...pic included.discharge help!

Hi girls I was treated for BV and have just finished a weeks antibiotics. Any discharge I had went away completely in that week and then this evening I went to pee and had this. No smell or itching but it made me a little alarmed. It's more yellow/orange than it looks. Nothing on toilet paper when I wiped. Anyone have similar discharge or maybe it's just the end of the bv. I have cream for yeast infections so I popped some on just in case and will keep an eye but I'm totally freaked out. I'm almost 17 weeks x
