Is it bad that my bf & I have only had sex 4 times in 10 months?

My birth control lowered my sex drive & I feel so bad. What do I do. I can’t get off it or try a new form bc it took forever to find one that works for me

Personally for me it would be horrible. My husband and I have sex 3-4 times a week. If we don't we both get very sexually frustrated. If you and your bf are happy with your frequency then there is nothing wrong with it.

Depends on the people. If you're both happy then who cares. I personally couldn't care less for sex, I thought it was my birth control, so I changed to an IUD and it's the same. I just do it because my partner likes to.
