38 weeks appointment what should expect?

I have my 38 week appointment this week and they are doing a cervical check should I expect to be dilated at all? I’ve been constantly on my feet cleaning, walking, squats, drinking raspberry leaf tea, sex the whole 9, I know most of it won’t start labor but iveheard it makes it easier, but I just don’t know what to expect  does anyone know ?

Nothing different happened at mine. I got my cervix checked at 37 weeks and 38 weeks. No dialation either time but it was soft. Since it wasn’t dialated at all they could t do the membrane sweep yet. My blood pressure has been consistently fine my whole pregnancy and they just measured my belly and did the heartbeat Doppler like always and sent me on my way.

At my 38 wwwk appt they checked my cervix and blood pressure (it started getting high around 37 weeks).  It was high so they admitted me to be induced that night.  Bring your hospital bag just in case
