I was wondering if anyone on here has undergone what is called a classical c-section (a vertical uterus incision) mine was due to an emergency situation because my son Liam had an irregular heart beat after I experienced pprom (water broke early). They told me prior to that I would always need a cesarean for any future pregnancies at 36 weeks approximately as well as a wait period to conceive ranging between 6 months to 18 months. This is because of the risk of uterine rupture should labor begin. My water breaking early is unexplained. I want to know if anyone has successfully carried a second child to the term after this type of surgery. My 24 week gestational age Liam did not survive. And I want so badly to try again. But I’m afraid of losing another child. The pain from losing my son is unbearable most days. Personal experience with this is very much appreciated. Thank you.
