Abdominal cramps

So I’m a little concerned and idk if I should be or not need someone’s opinion/thought to put me at ease! So recently I’ve been getting a lot of cramps also feeling a lot of pressure in my abdomen is this normal? I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I’m just a little concerned. I haven’t been seen by a doctor since I was 7 weeks pregnant due to my insurance. I just not recently got it reactivated but, I haven’t found a doctor yet should I be concerned and go to the hospital or should I wait until I can make an appointment????? Thanks in advance I really need someone’s opinion I’m worried
