I’m so confused

I’ve been with my boyfriend for 2 years, and during the beginning of the relationship he would talk about the future all of the time. And now whenever I bring it up he gets mad at me and tells me “we’re to young to talk about to future” , he told me he was going to get me a promise ring for our one year, and never did, I brought up the fact that I wanted one because I want his promise, and he said that we’re too young, and that we might break up, and stuff like that, and it really bothers me, I don’t know what to do
