1st Period Post MC

Had a MC June 14th at 11 weeks. We were so devastated, questioning how we would ever get past the pain and emptiness we felt.

I tested positive all month on HPTs which was even more traumatizing. Sunday I started spotting dark brown. Same on Monday. Then yesterday I started my regular period. It's been super heavy. Would you consider the spotting as day 1 of your period or the day the full on bleeding started? I want to know because we are going to start TTC again this month. If we are successful I want to give the doctor an accurate date of my last period.

My period coming has been bittersweet. I was hoping I'd be one of the lucky ones who conceived before my 1st period but at the same time it's nice to know my body is getting back to normal so we can track ovulation and hopefully get prego right away.

Anyone else on the same cycle? Looking for a cycle buddy for emotional support during this journey♡
