It helps. Honestly I used CBD oil when I could but if my boyfriend was smoking I would have to take a hit or two to get to the point where I could eat without throwing it back up immediately. I told my OB and he said he didn’t have a problem with me doing it because he couldn’t even find a trace of it in my urine. He told me he’d rather I take a few hits than lose nutrients.
