UTI because of condoms ????!!

So I had sex with a different type of condom and now I think I have a UTI. Is this normal?? I’ve been sexual active for like a month and I feel like whenever we use one something happens, like I get a UTI or a yeast infection.

Make sure you pee after sex, helps to clear out the urethra or bugs that might be floating around.  Also check if you are sensitive to certain lubes.  Glycerin has been known to cause issues, so try something silicone based, maybe.  Try looking at the condom itself, are you potentially sensitive or allergic to latex?  Try non-latex and see what happens. 
But do all of this after you’ve successfully treated the UTI.  When you have no more symptoms, your urine is completely clear, wait a week to avoid a sneaky recurrence.  Then trial different products.  Good luck.

My an my boyfriend used a condom ONCE an it hurt me so bad it gave me a uti so bad! (I did go to the bathroom after) later on I was so swollen down there an I even started bleeding an shit an the uti was so bad I could cry just thinking about it. Never again have we used a condom 😂

Did you pee after sex? It’s very important to pee and clean yourself up after sex so you don’t get an infection. Sadly I’m dealing with a critical uti at the moment that’s pregnancy related. 😫 It’s the first one I’ve ever had and it’s AWFUL!
