Help? Evap line for hpt?!!!!

Need some eyes ladies, I was sitting down to dinner, about to drink some wine bc I knew AF due today and been moody and crampy.  Did FRER just in case and this is what I just got.  Cheapie one was negative this morning.  Is this just an evap line??  I'm so confused !!​

Looks like a positive . :) congrats it took a little time but that doesn't look like a false or grey I think you can get a little excited test again maybe digital with first morning urine .
