After having sex it hurt to pee and some discharge came out as well and this never happened before
I am so confused

If you think you're using plenty of lube, the problem could also be lube getting into your urethra. But if you're not using enough lube, you can cause microtears to your hymen, which will burn/sting like hell when you pee. Also, the vagina may produce excess discharge as a reaction to the abrasions caused by not enough lube.

When I first started having sex, it would burn when I peed also, it went away for me after I had been sexually active for longer.

maybe it was too rough or not lubed enough? if you didnt use protection it could have been his cum. if you did,  it could be your cum. totally normal to have different "discharge" after sex
