Horrible pet owner

I’m very tempted to leave a note on my neighbors door. They leave their poor dog out all night, and we live by the woods. What does that mean? Coyotes or ANYTHING can come through and kill that poor dog. Not only that, but they never bring it in at all! I wake up to it barking every single morning nonstop for HOURS, and it’s driving me insane. They also have a dog who’s blind, but they get to be inside? How is any of this fair? If you’re just going to leave the poor thing out 24/7, DON’T OWN A DOG.

We also don’t have a rescue center in our town 🤷‍♀️ Stuck with either complaining to the community board, or telling the neighbor straight up.
