Opinions please

I’m 26weeks pregnant and starting to get things organised for bub. My boyfriend of 2 and a half years (baby’s dad) is just so uninterested in anything to do with the baby, cot is still in pieces in the nursery, I’ve been trying to get him to help me put it together for 3weeks now, my mum and myself have basically brought everything needed, I tried sorting through the baby clothes size wise today in the lounge room and tried involving him but totally uninterested, bluntly says he didn’t care.

I don’t know what to think or do?!

I don’t want to get ready for bub by myself and I don’t want it to be like this once bub is here either, have tried telling him this but just turns into a huge argument.
