When should I start BD

So my husband and I have been trying since January (yes I know only 7 months) but back in May I had three positive pregnancy test and 9 days late. when for my yearly check up at the on. When I went she didn’t want to test me but i insisted and no sooner did I walk out of bathroom and back to exam room she told me it was negative and proceeded to shove that metal thing inside me for a pap. Well I miscarried. Fast forward to today. June I had a normal period and this month I have as well. I just ordered some Pre-Seed to try next month. I was wondering if y’all could give me some pointers on when to BD?!?
