implation spotting???

last period was the 29th of June until the 4th or so... ovulation wk was the 8th to the 15th or so... how ever on the 13th I had some super light specks of blood. And 4 days later I had spotting with a ton of sticky cm. can anyone tell me if this looks like implation spotting!? if I ovulated on the 8th spotting likely to occur on the 17th like it did...( implation calculator)
