Just lost all hope

I had my iui done on July 5 ... I have one more vaginal suppository left glow says my cycle is late BUT last month it didn’t start til the 22nd! I took 2 test NEGATIVE....I just cried should I wait til the 22nd to test again.? Maybe I’m jus not pregnant
