Period like pains?!

I think I’m around 5 weeks and been getting a lot of period like pains on and off is this normal? Anyone else experienced this?

Just in case anyone still sees this thread. I had this at the beginning and it’s what made me think I wasn’t pregnant and assumed period was due to start any day. 
I’m 32 weeks pregnant now lol.
They say it’s bedding in pains, where baby is nestling itself into the uterus, you may even have some spotting but be sure to discuss with doc if there is any. :)

I had terrible pains at 4-6 weeks but they went away eventually. Now I'm almost 12 and just get them occasionally

Yes, I did around wk 4 and 5. I’m now 8 wks, 3 days and just saw a perfectly healthy baby yesterday so I’m sure you’re fine!
