I am scared

Hi

This is my first post and also first pregnancy. I just found out and immediately got anxious.

I am not a baby person. I don’t know what to do. I am scared.

Scared because I always thought I will have my parents to help me go through the pregnancy and raising a child. I don’t have that option anymore.

I feel completely useless. I don’t think I can do this. What if my mariage doesn’t survive to this. My child won’t have any grand parents or family.

Can someone please tell me I am not alone. How do moms figure out things? They make it seem so easy. I will never be as good
